Prayers

Every thought is a prayer.  What kinds of prayers do you repeat each day?  Masaru Emoto explained in his book, The Hidden Messages in Water, that when water was exposed to words, written or spoken aloud, that were negative; words like fool, Satan, I will kill you, etc., the crystals in the water would break apart, become distorted and confused.  If positive words were used, like love, thank you, you’re beautiful, etc. the water would contain beautiful radiant crystals.  Our bodies are essentially water.  If your thoughts each day are consistently negative, they are having a negative effect not only on your body, but also the planet.

Here are four examples of Emoto’s water crystals.  The first image is after the words “love and gratitude” were said over the water.  The second image word was “evil”.  The third image words were “thank you”.  The fourth image words were “you fool”.

Larry Dossey is  medical doctor who has done research on the power of prayer to heal physical infirmities.  In his books, “Prayer is Good Medicine” and “Healing Words”, Dr. Dossey gives scientific evidence that prayer helps people recover more quickly from physical injuries and illness.

May our daily prayers be more along the line of:

Allah, as many times as I breathe, as many times as my heart beats, as many times as my blood pulsates through my body, so many times do I choose to glorify your compassion, your presence, your light.  I am completely transformed in your light and compassion and I am your living reflection, your living energy, Allah.  The greatest of all Divine attributes, that of your unlimited compassion, passes through my heart and body to my neighbor.   Refusing my heart to no one, even those who will take advantage of my kindness.  I will lock myself up in the most compassionate heart of all, that of Allah.  I will bear my own suffering in silence by giving it over to you, Allah, to transform in your light.   May your compassion, Allah, rest upon me.  Amin
