Al Mawla

Al-Mawla

The Protector

Exalted and Glorious

Our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear.  Pardon us and grant us forgiveness.  Have mercy on us.  You are our Mawla (Protector), and give us victory over the disbelieving people.  (2:286)

And if they turn away, then know that Allah is your Mawla (Protector), what an excellent Mawla, and what an excellent Helper! (8:40)

That is because Allah is the Mawla (Protector) of those who believe, and the disbelievers have no Mawla.  (47:11)

This name is an attribute of Allah; we should pray only to Allah for help only from Him.

Allah Allah Allah
