Weeks 1-4

 

Week 1:  ReadRemembrance, Ho’oponopono, La ilaha illa llahWriting the Stations, Divine Qualities, Help with Pronunciation and Prayer Beads.   Read the Qualities: AllahRahmanRahimAkramA’la.   Memorize the first 3 Qualities in order: Ya Allah, Ya Rahman, Ya Rahim.  Practice repeating these 3 Qualities several times a day until you have them memorized in order.  You will be learning more than 99 Qualities  (I’ve included 125 on this website).  You will memorize the 99 Qualities from a traditional set.

Write: Review how to write the stations. Write the intro to the Stations of the Way and the first station of the nafs, Al-Amarra.  Be sure to sit quietly and receive the transmission of the meaning of this station after writing it.   It is also helpful to do your 20 minutes of Remembrance before and after writing each station.

Recite: Repeat the 5 Qualities assigned this week 100 times each. Sit quietly after repeating each Quality to get a feel for the energy or transmission of that Quality.  Notice the differences in what you experience with each Quality.  Sit in Remembrance using Allah for at least 20 minutes per day.

Week 2:  Read: All of Stations of the Way,  Sufism, and The Mirror Principle.  The Qualities: MalikQuddusSalam‘Allam, and Fatir.  Add Malik, Quddus and Salam to the 3 Qualities from last week.  Now repeat all 6 Qualities in order several times a day until you can repeat all 6 easily.  Ya Allah, Ya Rahman, Ya Rahim, Ya Malik, Ya Quddus, Ya Salam.

Write: The second station of the nafs, Al lawama.  Sit in reflection after writing it.

Recite: 100 repetitions of each of the new Qualities.  Sit in Remembrance for 20 minutes daily.

Week 3:  Read:  4 Worlds of the Heart  Tawbah (Repentance) and Tawbah Process with the Qualities.  The Qualities: Mu’minMuhaymin,  Aziz plus Ghafir and  Ghalib.  Add Mu’min, Muhaimin, and Aziz to the 6 Qualities from last week.  Now repeat all 9 Qualities in order several times a day until you can repeat all 9 easily.  Ya Allah, Ya Rahman, Ya Rahim, Ya Malik, Ya Quddus, Ya Salam, Ya Mu’imin, Ya Muhaimin, Ya Aziz.

Write: The third station of the nafs, Al Amina.  Sit in reflection after writing it.

Recite: 100 repetitions of each of the new Qualities.  Sit in Remembrance for 20 minutes daily.

Week 4:  Read:  Tether Your Camel, Do I Have to Become a Muslim?  and Enlightenment.  Read the Qualities:  Jabbar,  MutakabbirKhaliq, plus Hafiyy and Hafizh (the Protector).  Add Jabbar, Mutakabbir, and Khaliq to the 9 Qualities from last week.  Now repeat all 12 Qualities in order several times a day until you can repeat all 12 easily.  Ya Allah, Ya Rahman, Ya Rahim, Ya Malik, Ya Quddus, Ya Salam, Ya Mu’imin, Ya Muhaimin, Ya Aziz, Ya Jabbar, Ya Mutakabbir, Ya Khaliq.

Write: The fourth station of the nafs, Al-Mutma`inna.  Sit in reflection after writing it.

Recite: 100 repetitions of each of the new Qualities.  Sit in Remembrance for 20 minutes daily.
