Exalted and Glorious

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Rabb al-‘Alamin (the Lord of the worlds – mankind, jinn, and all that exists.) (1:2)

 

He said: “Oh my Lord!  I have power only myself and my brother, so separate us from the people who are the fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to Allah)!  (5:25)

 

So the root of the people who did wrong was cut off.  And all the praise and thanks are to Allah, Rabb al-‘Alamin (the Lord of the worlds – mankind, jinn, and all that exists).  (6:45)

 

Say: “Verily, my salat, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the Alamin, (the Lord of the worlds – mankind, jinn, and all that exists).  (6:162)

 

And remember when Ibrahim said: “My Lord, make this city (Mecca) a place of security and provide its people with fruits, such of them as believe in Allah and the Last Day.”  (2:126)

 

This name is an attribute of He Who watches, guides, and sustains that which is in His care.  Allah is the Lord of all in the universe.  By reciting this Divine Name, as many times as possible, ways and means open up for the best possible way of bringing up children.  Reciting this name is also a safety against dangers of all kinds.
