New Practice: Continue to do Wudu and Ghusl regularly. Do wudu after getting up in the morning. Stay in wudu throughout the day. Start doing Fajr prayer each morning, Dhuhr at noon and now add ‘Asr. Be sure to Google for the proper time windows to do each of these prayers. Doing salat is a very important process, but it has many aspects. We will be adding it in slowly so you can experience each part. Start to memorize Al-Iklas, the Unity prayer, since you will be using it several times a day.
