Al-Hakim
The Wise
Exalted and Glorious
And if you slide back after the clear signs have come to you, then know that Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (2:209)
And if Allah had wished, He could have put you into difficulties. Truly, Allah is All-Might, All-Wise. (2:220)
Allah wishes to make clear what is lawful and what is unlawful to you and to show you the ways of those before you, and accept your repentance, and Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise. (4:26)
We raise whom We will in degrees. Certainly your Lord is All-Wise, All-Knowing. (6:83)
Thus Allah makes clear His ayat for you. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. (24:59)
This name manifests knowledge of right action and deeds. It covers the laudable objects and purposes connected with the creation of all things, and has appeared alongside the name of the Mighty in 24 contexts in the Holy Qur’an.
He who recites this name from time to time will not have difficulties in is work.
Al-Hakim is the One Who is All-Wise. The Confirmer in the disposing of all subtlety, and the Appraiser of goodness in the realities of His orders. He is the All-Knowing of the wisdom of what He has foreordained. He gathers together the decree for the creation for its goodness, its judgment and justice. He determines everything in His decrees. So know that everything has its wisdom and instruction.
Allah Allah Allah

AL-HAKIM
He is the perfectly wise, in His knowledge and in His deeds. There is no doubt or uncertainty in His knowledge, nor does it have a limit. Neither is there any doubt or uncertainty in His commandments. Whoever follows them will learn from the reflection of His perfect knowledge many crucial things otherwise unattainable, and evolve toward being a perfect human being. Whoever does not follow Allah’s orders will receive neither good nor benefit; he will not grow, but will dry up, becoming fuel for Hellfire. That which teaches wisdom is the fear of Allah. The one who is truly wise is the one who is the master of his ego: he prepares in this life for the Hereafter. The one who is a willing slave to the desires of his flesh, and still hopes for Allah’s forgiveness, hopes in vain.
Look at the things Allah has forbidden you: Each of them is a calamity. Allah created these calamities, and the unlawful as well as the lawful. He forbade the former and permitted the latter. He is the one who gave you the force to obey and the weakness to disobey. He left you free to choose. This test is not to show Him whether you are faithful or faithless. Allah knew all about you before He created you. The test is for you and for others, so that you know yourself and others know you.
None of Allah’s deeds is without benefit and wisdom. None of Allah’s wisdom is for His own benefit. Allah needs nothing. The purpose of this wisdom is the order and continuity of the cosmos until the appointed time.
Look at your inner being, a microcosm, a model for the universe. See how every organ, every cell is perfectly created for a definite function, how everything without fail works harmoniously. The purpose of this wisdom of perfect cooperation is only to keep that being alive until the appointed time.
The totality of the knowledge of what keeps you alive- your body, your mind, your soul – is the human portion of al-Hakim. When you see that, you will see the mark of Allah’s wisdom in you.
‘Abd al-Hakim is shown the secrets of the reasons for creation. As he knows the purpose of each creature, his behavior and actions towards them all are in accordance with that knowledge. When he sees a deviation from a thing’s purpose, he is able to correct it.
If someone finds himself incompetent in a task he is given, or in spite of all efforts is unsuccessful in things he does, if he keeps reciting this Name, things may turn out for the better.
