Pray 2 rakats
Repeat the following:
audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim (I seek refuge with Allah from the evil one, the rejected.)
bismillah ir-rahman ir-rahim (In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate.)
bismillah ash-shafi (say 3 times) (In the name of Allah, the Healer)
Ya Allah Ya Alim (7 times) The All Knowing – to purify our mind to arrive at true gnosis
Ya Allah Ya Sami (7 times) The All Hearing – to purify our hearing to listen only to Allah
Ya Allah Ya Basir (7 times) The All Seeing – to purify our eyesight to arrive at true eye witnessing.
Ya Allah Ya Mutakalim (7 times) The Speaker – to purify our speech, to speak only what Allah puts on our tongue.
Ya Allah Ya Hafidh (7 times) The Protector – to purify our heart of everything other than the lights of Allah.
