How To Walk
The main way I have found to continue walking no matter what happens in life, is by doing the practices. You don’t have to spend hours and hours each day doing them, just do them regularly. I made a list of all the practices I try to do. Pick out just a couple at first. Pick ones that you enjoy doing so you’ll stick with them. Find a time to do them each day, every day.
