This is a structured breakdown of how to move through the materials week by week.  Each week there will be assignments that will take approximately 3-4 hours of time to complete. There will be assignments in reading, writing, and recitation.  I have also set up a process for you to memorize all 99 Qualities.  You can move faster or slower through these assignments according to your own needs.

As you progress in your walking, the assignments will get longer.  Complete them at your own pace.
